No. 40 Randwick
After receiving approval to proceed from the Randwick City Council, we embarked on a journey with the owners of this Randwick home to produce ideas for and subsequently implement a series of alterations and additions. The final result was a wonderfully modern, open plan, indoor-outdoor living space, with crisp touches integrated throughout the finishes and fittings detailing the home. The spacious balcony accommodates a barbecue and dining table, and the multiple sitting and entertaining areas allow for free movement and flow throughout the spaces.
