No. 27 Lilyfield
This airy, light-filled home, was an entirely new build for two professionals and their three children. Primary considerations for the residence were multiple living spaces, as well as accommodations for remote working. The kitchen is the hub and heart of this space, and the overall effect of the stylistic choices both with regards to structure and interior design provides the clients with a resort style living experience. Being within the classically restrictive Inner West Council area, we were able to make this project possible by pushing the predetermined boundaries of controls of the CDC to their absolute limits.
